Children

The program for the children is designed to meet the needs of the whole person, namely, a holistic Children’s Ministry. These are the five areas treated in a holistic approach:Intellectual Spiritual Social Emotional Physical

The children are composed of those who are in grades preschool through 5th. They are active in all spiritual facets of the Church. These areas include Sunday Church School, Morning Worship (including Children’s Church), Midweek Service and Vacation Bible School. A nursery is provided each Sunday.

During the Wednesday midweek activities, the children have a brief time for socializing together. The time is divided into games, Bible study, arts, crafts, choir rehearsal and refreshments.

Annual special activities for children include Bible quizzes, preparation of crafts for sick and shut-ins and conferences.

The children present special programs for Easter, Children’s Day, Family Fun Night, Thanksgiving, Christmas and other seasonal activities. Children’s Church is held the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. The Children’s and Cherub Choirs render service each 3rd Sunday during Morning Worship.
