Youth
The program for the youth is designed to meet the needs of the whole person, namely, a holistic youth ministry. The youth are composed of students in grades 6 – 12. They are active in the educational and spiritual facets of the Church. These areas include: Sunday Church School, Morning Worship, Midweek Bible Study and Vacation Bible School. During the Wednesday midweek activities, the youth have a brief time for socializing together. In addition, the time is divided into choir rehearsal, Bible study and a refreshment period. The youth meet on the Saturday preceding each 3rd Sunday in a unit called Youth Fellowship. During these sessions, elected youth officers carry out the business part of their ministry. On the Wednesday following each 3rd Sunday, a youth worship service is held. During this service, the youth function as worship leaders. The weekly activities are designed to stimulate spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social and physical development. The youth are encouraged to use their talents in church services through singing in the Youth Choir, serving on Praise Teams, Praise Dancing and Ushering. They are also encouraged to support and participate in each area of the Church program throughout the year.Annual calendar events for the youth include:
